Day 1–2: Scope & Proposal
I break the work into clear deliverables with honest timelines. You get a proposal that names exactly what you're paying for — no ambiguity.
Day 2: Contract & Kickoff
Most engagements move from discovery to signed contract inside 48 hours. Repo on your GitHub, infra on your accounts — I'm a collaborator, never the owner.
Day 3+: Design & Build
Design and engineering happen at the same time — not in phases. You see working software early and often, not Figma mockups.
